Sanctuary
Situated within an elegant and luxurious neighborhood, right by the Moab Golf Course, our home is at the end of the cul-de-sac. It is very secluded and quiet. It's the most private house you can rent within the Coyote Run neighborhood. The window views show the beauty of Moab; red rock walls and cottonwood trees.
All bedrooms have their own full bathroom including bathtubs. Upstairs bedrooms and loft are hardwood floors. The ground level floor features polished concrete.
For your entertainment, the Sanctuary has a smart TV to log into your 'Netflix', 'HBO Now' or other of your streaming accounts supported. To provide a peaceful respite, there are no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We also have hand selected books in our library.
All the lights (including the bathrooms) are controlled by a dimmer switch, which allows you to set a very cozy atmosphere. Coyote Run is dedicated to our night skies and requires amber or bug lights outdoors.
Our ground level has a 4" threshold at the front door and there are no further steps to access the kitchen, living room, laundry and master bedroom with private bathroom (this private bathroom's shower has a 4" threshold and a bench to sit on plus a soaker tub).
We care about our environment and your health. Our housekeepers use only fragrance-free (where possible), organic or eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
The Sanctuary is pet friendly, but subject to our pet policy - listed below and here. Due to Hoa Policies : no trailers and no Razors/side-by-sides allowed in the community. Please inquire to discuss further details if necessary - we want to make sure that all of your group members will be able to enjoy the Sanctuary to the fullest.

The Sanctuary has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms plus a loft. The two upstairs bedrooms have queen size mattresses , and the floor level Master bedroom has a king size mattress. The loft has a futon couch which if used to sleep 2 more people, accommodates a total of 8.
Additional amenities include: Wi-Fi, smart TV, laundry room with washer, dryer and drying rack. Convenient in front parking with 3 spaces total (2 in garage, 1 beside garage). HOA asks not to park in shared driveway or in front of garage please. Thank you!
DOG Policy
We are "dog" people and understand how difficult it is to leave your friend at home. Our DOG fee for The Sanctuary is $55 per DOG up to two. We will leave you a "DOG Package" containing a towel, waste bags and yummy treats to welcome our four legged guests. Please check in with us if you are planning on bringing your furry family member with you. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, By booking one of our cottages, you agree that:
•My DOG is not aggressive and IS up to date with vaccinations, is well socialized with other animals and with other people.
•My DOG is free of ticks and fleas.
•My DOGt will be with me, under my care at all times.
•My DOG will be on a leash and under my control when outside.
•I will clean up after my DOG and dispose of any waste.
•I will keep my DOG off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches.
•I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my DOG during my stay.
I understand that if I forget to leave the DOG fee, my card will be charged upon check out for the total dog fee amount.
*Please note; we may fine a minimum of $50 if the pet agreement is violated, plus extra if any damages are incurred. Be aware of muddy paw prints on bed linens and furniture. Emergency rags are located under sinks to wipe your dogs feet in addition to the one provided in your pet package. Thank you!
